Casey’s Corner is a beloved quick-service restaurant located on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. With its charming turn-of-the-century baseball theme and classic American fare, Casey’s Corner has become a nostalgic favorite for guests seeking a casual bite with a side of Disney magic.

A Nod to Baseball History

The restaurant draws its name and inspiration from the 1888 poem “Casey at the Bat” by Ernest Thayer, which tells the tale of a cocky baseball player whose overconfidence leads to a dramatic strikeout. Disney adapted the poem into a short animated film in 1946, and the character of Casey has since become a symbol of old-school Americana. The theming of the restaurant pays homage to this era, with vintage baseball memorabilia, striped uniforms, and pennants adorning the walls. Even the red-and-white color scheme evokes the feel of a classic ballpark concession stand.

Outside the restaurant, guests are greeted by a statue of Casey himself, dressed in his iconic blue-and-white uniform. This figure is modeled after the old Cigar Store Indians that once stood outside tobacco shops, and it’s a popular photo spot for families and baseball fans alike.
